3 week look ahead 9/9

Week of 9/9/24:

Tie, form, and pour exterior foundation walls. Strip forms after pour.

Shot pins for foundation wall, beam pockets, stairwell footing pinned, and new reference points. Currently calculating interior footing embeds.

UTS- Rebar inspection pre-pour 

Week of 9/16/24:

Waterproof exterior foundation wall, prep for backfill.

Backfill, ramp driveway into garage entrance (regaining site access) and exterior perimeter drain cont.

Tie, form, and pour interior footings. Form and pour single side wall.

As built for steel, pin footing embeds, shoot points for CMU stairwell.

Week of 9/23/24:

As built for steel, beam pocket elevations, etc.

Temp power installed back on the site

Leveling plates, wrap up, slab ready as it pertains to them.

Backfilling, digging under slab plumbing

Plumber to start under slab plumbing.
