11/11 3 week look ahead

Week of 11/11:

Surveyor - shoot final points and plates for finishing up as-built.

Site - Finish main water piping install ( 4’ domestic/6” fire), pressure test, backfill.

Plumbing- Finish underground plumbing, set floor drains/vents/etc.

Laborer- Seal and hydraulic cement oil/gas separator. Prep for MWRA inspection.

Electrical- Temp power post inspection prior to live power.

Week of 11/18:

Surveyor: final foundation as-built received and submitted to Ren’s Steel.

Plumbing: underground plumbing inspection and sign off.

Site: Backfill underground plumbing and finish interior grading and prep for garage slab.

Concrete - Start installing mesh rebar and prep for garage slab.

Electrical - Temp site power install and inspection. Locate main power entrance into building for coring.

Skyview- Delivery of retaining wall block.

Week of 11/25:

Site - retaining wall prep/trenching for block wall.

Skyview- Start install of block retaining wall.

Concrete - Pour garage slab.  Multiple  pours
